In addition to real estate, Steven has successfully operated a residential contracting company for more than ten years, giving him a deep understanding of home construction, renovations, and long-term value; insight his clients rely on when making one of life’s biggest decisions.

With years of experience in residential, investment, and short-term rental markets, Steven combines data-driven strategy with practical advice to help clients make confident, informed choices. His experience working within one of RE/MAX’s top-ranked teams in Newfoundland strengthened his results-focused mindset and elevated his approach to client service.
